I have recently started up my HE-2100 furnace and I would like to let you know how satisfied I am with the whole system. The quality of the furnace and installation material is second to none. I have looked at a number of different furnaces (I'd never seen a Hawken's furnace prior to my purchase). Of the ones I did go on site to look at I noticed better design in the Hawken on many small things. The water filter and chemical inhibitors shows Hawken's long term commitment to the product. By the way, I will be submitting my water sample to the lab this week and the procedure outlined with the chemicals makes it a simple process. Some reps for other brands did not even talk about the difference in piping, let alone the need to protect the furnace from corrosion. The chimney cap, filter bypass, loading light are all small things that adds to a quality system...
The last think I would like to say is all the people at Hawken have been very nice and helpful... They all went out of their way to help me. I really appreciate all the help.
